Jian was raised in Perth, Western Australia, where he completed his undergraduate physiotherapy degree in 2012. After working in both rural and city settings in Australia as well as internationally in Japan, he completed his Graduate Clinical Masters degree earning him membership in the International Federation of Manipulative Therapists. Jian has extensive training in joint manipulation, dry needling and other manual therapy techniques and is a certified concussion practitioner. Jian’s approach involves individualized treatment planning; utilizing manual therapy whilst optimizing movement strategies to improve performance. Jian is the Senior Physiotherapist for the Canadian Snowboard team and travelled with them to the 2022 Beijing Olympics. In addition to this he works closely with athletes from a variety of winter teams at the Canadian Sports Institute. 60 minute Extended Initial Physiotherapy Assessment

Book for physiotherapy assessment of two or more areas of concern or a complex injury. A physiotherapy assessment will include a thorough history-taking to better understand the current and past injury or injuries. The assessment will then continue with observations of posture, and specific tests and measurements to understand presenting complaint and contributing movement factors. The physiotherapist will use the objective findings, along with the patient's history, to create a plan of care.
