I graduated from Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy in 2006, and was registered by the CMTO – College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in September 2006. Additionally I am a member of the RMTAO – Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario, a Kikkawa College Alumni member as well as a LinkedIn member. My practice over the years has been diverse - MVA motor vehicle accident treatments, sports rehabilitation, individual evaluation for personal injury and care, treatment of children through to seniors, pre and post natal, TMJ relief, as well as relaxation and stress relief for our demanding day to day life. Additionally I have worked in corporate settings providing onsite chair massage, also partaken as a therapist during marathons and outdoor sport events. I approach each treatment individually using my medical knowledge and an empathic viewpoint to provide the best possible care. I am always seeking to educate myself and those I treat to provide relief and comfort. Massage has so many benefits to overall health and wellness coupled with a healthy lifestyle. I am introducing a Massage Maintenance Program which includes bodily upkeep through stretching with movement and deeper pressure through a full body treatment. Busy Life- soothing relaxation massage treatment to ease stress and promote relaxation. Facial Massage- facial relaxation to decrease tension and stress. Ideal for perople working long hours on the phone, public speakers, singers, etc. Each treatment is approached individually for the best possible care.
