This is a sample of our traditional 90 minute treatment to get a taste of Reflexology. We have over 7,000 nerve endings on our feet that correlate to our muscular skeletal system, organs and glands. Every time your body has an imbalance it creates extra nerve fibers on those reflex on the feet. By applying pressure and techniques we can relay messages back to the brain that all can be cleared. It induces deep relaxation sending blood and oxygen back to the core organs. 90% of disease is due to stress. Our bodies were not meant to be in fight or flight all day long restricting blood flow to body functions.
