Chris graduated from the University of British Columbia (UBC) with his Master’s Degree of Physiotherapy in 2015. Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist, Chris completed his Bachelor Degree of Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley, and briefly worked as a Kinesiologist, developing exercise programs for specific injuries, as well as working in work-injury related programs. He also completed his Certified Personal Training Certificate (CSEP-CPT) while studying Kinesiology. Since Graduating from UBC, Chris has been pursuing continuing education with the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (CAMPT), focusing on manual and exercise based therapy. He has also taken a special interest in Functional Dry Needling (FDN), and how it can be used in adjunct with specific exercises to decrease pain and restore function. He has recently completed his Level 2 Dry Needling Certificate with Kinetacore.
