Victoria (Tori) earned her Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa (2022), following a BSc with Honours in Human Kinetics (2019). During her studies, she played on the varsity rugby team and spent two years with the team as an assistant coach. Since graduating, Tori has discovered an interest in women’s pelvic health leading her to take courses with Pelvic Health Solutions. She has developed skills to help women with incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and pre/post-natal care. She has also achieved her Level 1 AN-IMS Dry Needling certification. From a young age, Tori has had a passion for sports and staying physically active. This, alongside her enthusiasm for connecting with others and sharing her knowledge of healthy movement, fostered her desire to become a physiotherapist. Tori uses a movement-based approach combining manual therapy skills, individually tailored exercises, and education to empower you in the recovery process. Tori aims not only to get you moving and feeling better, but to improve your overall performance and quality of life. Tori is bilingual and able to offer services in English and French.
