Jaimie is a graduate of the massage Therapy Program at Loyalist College and is a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She also holds a teacher training certificate through a registered yoga school (RYS 200, Yoga Alliance) allowing her to incorporate principles of mindful movement, functional alignment and breath awareness into her therapeutic practice. Prior to becoming a massage therapist Jaimie spent over twenty years as a professional photographer while raising a family. As a massage therapist her focus is on outcome based massage therapy practices and she is committed to ongoing learning and helping clients feel supported and empowered in their wellness journey.
