I believe massage therapy is key in aiding in injury prevention/rehabilitation and athletic performance. Regular massage therapy treatments can help with proper body alignment and biomechanics, improve joint mobility and muscle function, and can contribute to overall better health. I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy Toronto and have been working as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016. I also have a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of Alberta. I am the Head Registered Massage Therapist for the University of Alberta Varsity Health Clinic, and the Golden Bears and Pandas Track and Field Team. I have taken specialization courses in Myofascial cupping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and like to emphasize rehabilitation as part of my treatments. I also have a certificate in Kinesio-Taping I have had the opportunity to work with CrossFit athletes, marathon runners, triathletes, Ironman competitors, Olympic lifters, OCR/Tough Mudders, as well as hockey, track and field, golf and martial arts athletes. My goal is to help my patients achieve their personal and athletic goals by using a combination of techniques tailored to fit your individual needs.
