Crystal is a Registered Acupuncturist and Registered Nurse who believes healthcare should meet people where they are—considering the complete picture of who they are and what they need. With 20 years of clinical training, Crystal brings a dual-lens approach to her acupuncture practice. She assesses symptoms through both nursing expertise and Traditional Chinese Medicine frameworks, allowing her to work within a patient’s existing care plan or offer an entirely new perspective. This flexibility means her treatments can serve anyone—from seniors maintaining independence and comfort, to parents seeking gentle options for their children, to adults looking to revitalize their vitality. Crystal uses Master Tang style acupuncture, an evidence-informed method that delivers consistent, lasting results. She also excels in scalp acupuncture and facial acupuncture treatments, and brings an appreciation for gentle, individualized care across all techniques. Beyond acupuncture, she is genuinely committed to supporting family wellness and pediatric health—believing that strong foundations in childhood create healthier futures. She works collaboratively with the clinic’s team to provide layered, comprehensive care that treats the whole person, not just symptoms.
Crystal is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) with the CTCMPAO (College of Traditional Chinese Medical Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario). An initial treatment includes data collection, assessment and treatment based on your care needs & goals. This may include acupuncture, cupping (fire, silicone or plastic cups), gua sha (skin scraping), Tui Na (Chinese massage), zen shiatsu, bleeding therapy or auriculotherapy. Crystal will offer a TCM Diagnosis and an individualized treatment plan. Acupuncture is HST Exempt.
