Bryn is a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for helping patients achieve optimal health and wellness. A graduate of the University of British Columbia’s Physiotherapy program, she has honed her skills in a mix of public and private healthcare settings. Her special interests lie in pelvic health and neurological conditions, where she has helped numerous patients regain function, strength, and confidence. When she’s not in the clinic, Bryn can be found spending quality time with her two energetic young boys, exploring the great outdoors on bikes, playgrounds, fields, and trails. She is committed to balancing her work and family life and is deeply grateful for the joy and fulfillment that both bring her. Bryn’s treatment focuses on, but is not limited to, bladder and bowel concerns, pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti, and postpartum recovery. She is not naïve to the challenges of motherhood, and will work with you to come up with a plan that is feasible for your busy lifestyle.
