I provide therapeutic massage in a relaxing, clinical setting. Typically my clients are seeking relief from pain , stress/anxiety, headaches, insomnia, postural disorders, TMJ, etc. But, many are simply dedicated to maintaining optimal health, preventing injury and feeling great. I customize massage based on clinical assessment and client intake , using a variety of techniques from multiple modalities. Including, Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myo-fascial Release, Reiki, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Sports, Swedish , and more. I have been licensed since 2009 and have worked in all different settings including spas , chiropractic clinics , and massage franchises and sporting events . I started my part -time practice in Asheville in 2019 and am currently there 3 days a week (Tuesday , Thursday , and Saturday ). In 2024 I expanded to a second location inside Wellness By The Lake, at Lake Junaluska , and am there 3/4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and some Sundays ).
