My Philosophy If there’s one thing I knew I wanted to do in the future it was help people and that’s exactly what I intend to do for my patients. I strongly believe that we have control over a large component of our health and why not do so in a natural manner. I strive to empower my patients to take an active role in their health which is incorporated into my treatments by discussing lifestyle changes, stretches and advice to maintain their progress. My treatments may include a variety of techniques including manipulations and mobilizations of the spine and extremities, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, exercise and education to optimize my patients full potential. I am also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft tissue therapy and Webster. Throughout my education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, I had the opportunity to work with the special needs population, moms-to- be and underserved communities in Dominican Republic. During my intensive training at school, I developed a passion in pregnancy care, postnatal care and children. All individuals of all ages are welcomed into the practice and I look forward to discussing chiropractic with everyone!
