I completed my undergraduate degree in Health Sciences in 2018 from University of Ottawa, part way through that degree I discovered I wanted to be an RMT and I then completed the intensive Massage Therapy Program at Algonquin College (2020). I love people and I am passionate about educating clients about their bodies and helping them improve their quality of life through awareness of their posture and movement habits. I love bringing awareness to clients about the sources of their pain and seeing the progress and improvement we can make together. Most of all I love empowering clients to care for themselves physically and mentally. Come and see me if you want to manage pain and discomfort whether it is chronic or acute. I am passionate about helping my clients improve their ability to do their activities of daily living which can include working, sleeping, parenting, exercising and all athletic endeavors. Some demographics I have experience with and particularly love working with: pre/postnatal women, runners, young parents and first responders. A bit about me! I’m an avid soccer player and also enjoy long distance running and more recently cycling! In my spare time I love travelling, baking, hiking and cooking.
