Alexandra is a certified Acupuncturists and certified in Buccal Massage. Her journey to acupuncture started when she realized she wanted to go into natural medicine as a career and thus, found Chinese Medicine as the best fit for her. Through her own struggles with hormonal imbalances and skin issues, Alex's main focus is helping women through similar issues regarding cycle health, fertility, skin concerns and digestive disruptions. Her approach to treatments is to create a warm and relaxing environment in order to help bring the internal working systems of the body back to balance. Wether you are interested in Cosmetic Acupuncture or Traditional Acupuncture, you can expect a full body holistic approach to both. Massage
Looking for deep relaxation during your acupuncture treatment? This ultimate facial massage is designed to sculpt and re-shape the face, leaving your skin glowing and revitalized. The treatment will begin with a full health assessment to determine your skin concerns and goals. You will receive 60 minutes of manual facial massage along the face, neck and décolleté in order to tone and lift the muscles for a symmetrical look. This treatment also includes intra-oral buccal massage and lymphatic drainage activation to release facial tension even further and support the energy systems within the skin. Body acupuncture will be applied before facial massage and taken out halfway through the treatment. *NOTE: a portion of this treatment can be covered under acupuncture insurance. Acupuncture
**First Visit** During this consultation, a history of your health and wellbeing will be discussed in detail. Followed by an examination & treatment that may consist of Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion, and/or Dietary Therapy. It is advised to book a series of at least 3 appointments to support continuity of care. Book appointments 1 week apart (ie. three appointments in three weeks). A more specific treatment plan will be made after our initial appointment.
