Jenessa grew up enjoying sports and recreation and leads an active lifestyle. With a passion for health and wellness, Jenessa believes in taking a collaborative approach to care for her clients to build trust, confidence, and enhance their quality of life. Whether recovering from an injury or looking to enhance overall health, Jenessa is excited to help clients achieve their goals. Jenessa is a registered Kinesiologist and practicing member with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). She completed her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University, with a concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation. Jenessa is also certified in Soft Tissue Release (STR) Level 1. Outside the clinic, Jenessa enjoys playing competitive volleyball, teaching and performing music, and can often be found hiking/camping and enjoying the outdoors.
