Tara is a 2014 graduate of Centerpoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School in St. Louis Park, MN where she studied therapeutic massage and bodywork. Her treatments include a blend of intuitive, deep tissue massage with overall relaxation and stress reduction. She describes her style as “deep Swedish”. Tara is able to create structural change within the musculature while keeping clients relaxed and grounded. Tara strives to create a unique healing experience in each session through active listening and open communication with her clients to ensure they’re receiving the care they need at any given time. In her free time, Tara enjoy being outdoors and active. She loves hiking, camping, and traveling anywhere and everywhere. To unwind at home she likes to cook and read, and garden in the summertime. Tara currently sees clients at our Minnetonka location.
