Reid grew up in Lumby BC, and earned his Bachelor Degree in Human Kinetics at UBC Okanagan. Reid has four years of training experience, with 3 of those as a Registered Kinesiologist. His background in sports performance and exercise rehabilitation has led him to working with a wide range of individuals over the years, and is known for his approachable and supportive coaching style. When Reid is not in the clinic, you can find him enjoying the many outdoor pursuits the Okanagan has to offer.
