Massage Oasis
Embodied Breath & Fascia Therapy: I provide a breath-led, full-body approach to massage therapy that blends deep myofascial release with slow, integrative movement. My work is built on the belief that the body is a self-organizing system. Through presence and skilled touch, we create the conditions for your body to soften, reorganize, and find its center again. Each treatment is designed to unwind tension patterns through the entire system. I integrate specialized fascial work with heated tools and hydrotherapy to melt away resistance, allowing for deeper release without the need for force. Clinical tools & subtle influences: • Fascial & Structural Work for alignment and mobility. • IASTM for injury recovery and scar tissue. • CST & Breathwork for nervous system regulation. With a background in clinical hypnotherapy, I bring a calm, grounded presence to the table, offering simple cues that help the nervous system shift from “doing” to “being.” This is a space for those seeking to unwind, reset, and reconnect with their body in a profound and sustainable way.
1109 Commercial Dr, Serving East vancouver , Vancouver, BC, V5L 3X3
A personalized session designed for ongoing care, tune ups, or more straightforward concerns. This treatment follows the principles of Embodied Fascial Flow — working with fascia, breath, and the nervous system to support the body in releasing tension patterns and restoring ease. Pressure and pace are adapted in real time, shifting between focused therapeutic work and slower unwinding as needed. Sessions may include myofascial release, stretching, craniosacral techniques, and targeted approaches such as instrument assisted soft tissue work to address areas of restriction or scar tissue. Subtle vibrational tools may also be used to support tissue relaxation and integration. This is a collaborative experience. You are always welcome to share what you are feeling, and together we shape the session to meet your needs. Ideal for returning clients or those with a clear, focused area of concern. If this is your first visit with a more complex injury or history, the 75 minute New Patient Treatment is recommended so we have the time to fully assess and create a plan.
