Born and raised in Vernon, I had the wonderful experience of growing up in a community which encouraged outdoor activity and vitality. My mother’s adventurous spirit led our family to immersive experiences across Montreal, Vancouver and Budapest during my formative years, fostering adaptability and curiosity. Having the opportunity to live and work abroad after studying at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, I embraced that we never stop learning, no matter where we find ourselves. I channeled these qualities into a dynamic tourism career that spanned continents – from Asia and West Africa to Europe, Argentina to Alaska – where I loved sharing these adventures with my passengers. Now re-established in my hometown, I have begun a new career as an RMT. Inspired by my own positive experiences with therapeutic massage, I am dedicated to helping clients restore function, reduce pain, and reclaim balance in their daily lives. As a recent graduate of the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, I’m grateful to be starting my clinical practice with Creekside and continue refining my skills through ongoing learning and professional development. My treatment approach integrates Swedish relaxation techniques with targeted myofascial release and trigger point therapy, addressing both physical tension and any emotional stress we may carry with it. My intention is to create a sense of tranquility and healing in my clinic space, and I hope to see you soon.
