Eli Killen is a personal trainer and massage therapist receiving her degree from De Anza College for AA.Massage Therapy in 2019. The massage technique she focuses on are Swedish, MFR(myofascial release), Sports Massage, Shiatsu, Chair,Stress Management. While attending Deanza she worked as a sports intern with the Track and Swim team, working with the coach and athletic trainer to optimize athletes performance and recovery. During track meets I performed pre, intra, and post event massage, helping prepare athletes to peak during competition. I also intern in the Adaptive Physical Education) Department, working with a variety of physically and mentally disabled students. Working with these wide range of disabilities challenged me to develop critical thinking, designing sessions based on each individual’s needs. I’ve worked as a Personal trainer since 2018 helping clients recover from past injuries and addressing imbalances within their bodies. My love for body work brought to train because I want my clients to move with greater quality of life and longevity.
Using a variety of massage techniques the goal for this session is to focus the work in some area of the body that you might need more attention and care. The main techniques are: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lymphatic Massage, Shiatsu and Reflexology.
