Dr. Chang is a graduate of the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois where she attained her Doctor of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science degrees. She is also a graduate of University of Waterloo in Bachelor of Science Honours Kinesiology Co-op. Dr. Chang has completed over 500 hours of additional advanced training to maximize the treatment she provides to every patient. These subjects include Acupuncture, Applied Kinesiology, Functional Movement Systems, Injury Rehabilitation, Trigenics, Clinical Conditioning, Nutrition, Custom Orthotic Casting and Computerized Gait Analysis and Custom Compression Stock fitting. Dr. Chang outlook focuses on a whole body wellness, centered around Chiropractic care and applied kinesiology. Wellness is the state of health where your body is free of interruption or interference to any part of your nervous system, enabling you full expression and enjoyment of life. In her spare time, Dr. Chang enjoys exercising, traveling, watching Food Network and HGTV, reading, drawing and cooking.

Depending on the injury or condition for which you are being treated, initial visits can last from 45 to 60 minutes. Subsequent visits will likely be shorter, but the first visit aims to start building the therapeutic relationship, identifying the cause of the problem and discussing a proposed plan of management.
