Kelly is a Registered Massage Therapist who values movement, balance, and an active lifestyle — principles that guide her approach to care. After exploring various paths, she found her place in healthcare, where she could combine clinical skill with meaningful, hands-on support. She creates a calm, welcoming treatment space and tailors each session to the individual’s current needs, whether addressing everyday tension, chronic pain, or mobility concerns. Kelly has experience working with clients of all ages, including pre- and post-natal patients, athletes, and those managing persistent discomfort. She has completed Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) Level One and additional training in facial and intra-oral (buccal) manual therapy, expanding her work to include the muscles and fascia of the jaw, face, and neck. She has a particular interest in helping clients shift out of chronic tension patterns by supporting the body’s relaxation response and reducing protective muscle guarding. As a busy mom herself, Kelly understands the physical demands of daily life and aims to provide thoughtful, individualized care that helps clients feel more at ease in their bodies. Kelly is currently accepting new patients and is available 3–4 days per week. Please note: Kelly does not treat WCB or ICBC claims. Kelly direct bills PBC, Telus Health, Medavie, Sunlife
