Hello. I'm Lisa, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Registered Nurse. I specialize in barefoot deep tissue therapeutic massage. This modality involves me standing on the massage table next to you, and using the broad pressure of my feet to relax sore and tight muscles. If you've never tried barefoot massage, I'd love to introduce you. I also love to provide a relaxing Swedish style massage for those not looking for deep tissue.
Massage sessions are tailored to your needs and preferences with your comfort held to the utmost importance. Swedish, deep tissue, and barefoot techniques are used to your liking. Sessions can be for relaxation, pain reduction, or sports recovery/performance. 30 minutes is for spot treatment only. 1 hour is adequate time for relaxation, but if you have any sore spots, I strongly recommend booking a 90 minute session. 2 hours is ample time for luxurious relaxation, and to target multiple problem areas.
