As a mother in a blended family with six children, I understand the importance of balance, recovery, and self-care in everyday life. After years working as a heavy industrial mover and commercial driver, I decided to follow my passion for helping others through massage therapy. I have completed my 2200 hours through MaKami College and am currently continuing toward my 3000-hour diploma. Working as a heavy industrial mover and commercial truck Driver, gave me firsthand understanding of the toll physically demanding jobs can take on the body and the importance of proper recovery and care. As an athlete myself — placing 5th in Canada at the 2025 Senior National Wrestling Championships and being an avid ball hockey player — I understand the physical demands sports and active lifestyles place on the body. I’m passionate about helping people of all ages and backgrounds, including athletes, women, and children, feel their best and return to doing what they love pain-free. I offer deep tissue massage, trigger point release, sports massage, relaxation massage, cupping, hot stone therapy, prenatal massage, and children’s massage. I believe in treating the body as a whole, not just the symptoms, and enjoy creating treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals, and condition to support recovery, mobility, and overall wellness
