I believe in the proven benefits of massage therapy to help relieve stress, aid in relaxation and the countless emotional and mental benefits. I perform various types of massages from Swedish, to prenatal and post natal to reflexology. I am also trained in Advanced Orthossage as well as orthopedic assessment and neuromuscular therapy. I have had the privilege of working in different settings from a medi spa, to private in home sessions. I have also worked with professional sports teams, performing bands at the PNC Arts Center in Holmdel, Wellmont Theatre in Montclair as well as the Prudential Center in Newark. I am looking forward to a long career as a massage therapist.
