Recoup Health & Performance

726 Yates St, Victoria, BC, V8W 1L4

Larissa graduated with honours from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2022. She was guided toward massage through contortion training and pursued it with a desire to contribute to more inclusive healthcare. Her treatments are thoughtful and slow and often incorporate deeper work with movement techniques. She particularly enjoys providing supplementary support for depression and anxiety, as well as 2SLGBTQIA+ care. Outside of Recoup, Larissa also has a full RMT practice at Fix Healthcare. In her off time, she’s likely to be walking her dog, hiking, trying her best at running and strength training, in her kitchen, or underneath her cat. If Larissa’s remaining availability does not work with your schedule or you are in need of treatment sooner than your next scheduled appointment, please add yourself to her waitlist to be notified of cancellations or email [email protected] . Please note that Larissa has her dog, Janie, at the clinic on Fridays.
