Hi, I'm Carmen and I am a Kinesiologist specializing in chronic illnesses and pain management. My guiding principle is to improve the well being and independency of my clients. I hold a degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology and continued my professional journey by becoming a licensed massage therapist.
