Physiotherapy Resident Pooja is a Physiotherapy Resident registered with the College of Physiotherapists. She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from Kadi University in India in 2020 and later completed a post-secondary certification in Fitness and Health Promotion from Durham College, Oshawa, in 2023. Her combined academic and practical experience has provided her with a strong foundation in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic care, along with a solid understanding of exercise prescription and preventative health. She is dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to their daily activities. Pooja takes a hands-on, client-focused approach and emphasizes patient education to support long-term recovery. Outside of the clinic, Pooja enjoys dancing to stay active, spending time in nature, and pursuing ongoing professional development to continually expand her clinical skills.
