Clay graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (North York Campus) with Honors, in Ontario in 1999. First registered as a Massage Therapist in Ottawa, Clay has since practiced in Alberta, Chile, Dubai and Paris. Clay moved to Clare in 2025 to be closer to family, and joined the team at Jade in early 2026. Problem-solving, orthopedic assessment, and critical thinking enable Clay to maintain a therapeutic focus on Massage Therapy. Clay is adept at treating a wide range of conditions, including motor vehicle accidents, carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, fibromyalgia sports injury and enhancement, and chronic pain management to name a few. Using his years of experience, Clay incorporates relaxation, stress and anxiety reduction and a decrease in muscle tension into every massage. Continuing education has included Sports Massage, Anatomical Acupuncture, Cupping, Tok Sen, Thai Massage, and Hot stone Massage. When not massaging, Clay teaches Photography, hikes and camps, travels avidy, and pursues all things related to specialty coffee.
