Alegra is a graduate of the Humanities Center School of Massage in St. Petersburg, FL, and has practiced in FL since 2006 before moving to NJ. She offers Integrative, Deep Tissue, Table Thai, Neuromuscular (Trigger Point, MFR & MET) as well as Reiki. She is available Wednesdays from 1:00 - 4:00 pm. Our sessions are tailored to meet your needs. Each therapists draws from their skills to provide you with the optimal massage for you, on that day. Please arrive 5 -10 minutes prior to service start time
