Liam Kruse, BSc Kin, MPT Hey there! My name is Liam, and I’m a physiotherapist at Capitol Physiotherapy. I’m passionate about all things movement, which is what first drew me to this profession. I want to help you get back to doing what you love, whether that’s skiing, golfing, walking around the block, or anything in between. I recognize that everyone has a different relationship with exercise and movement, and I’m excited to meet you where you’re at and create a treatment plan that fits your unique life and goals. When you book an appointment with me, you can expect empathetic listening, a detailed assessment, treatment guided by both evidence and your personal goals, clear education about your condition, and a well-thought-out roadmap of exercises to help you move forward with confidence, along with a few jokes here and there. My approach is shaped by both my education and my background as a high-performance athlete. I played competitive baseball throughout high school, where I learned the value of teamwork, accountability, and hard work. These are values I carry into my physiotherapy practice every day. Baseball also took me to the national stage multiple times and gave me the opportunity to play collegiately. After returning home, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria, followed by my physiotherapy degree at the University of British Columbia. During my training, I gained experience with numerous populations. This included neurological, pediatric, amputee and joint replacement rehabilitation, as well as chronic pain management and general orthopedics. When I’m not working you’ll usually find me golfing, running, or nerding out over great coffee and food. If it sounds like we’d be a good fit, I’d love to work with you. Book in anytime, and let’s get you moving toward your goals. Qualifications: Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, UVic Masters of Physical Therapy, UBC
