Born and raised in Vancouver, Randy participated in competitive rowing, an experience that shaped his appreciation for structured training, injury prevention, and high-quality physiotherapy. He continues to stay active through running, tennis, and weightlifting. Randy completed both his Bachelor of Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. During his undergraduate studies, he worked in a research lab developing wearable sensors to assess balance, and also gained experience as a personal trainer and private tutor. Guided by his educational and athletic background, Randy is passionate about helping people reduce pain, understand their bodies, move more efficiently, and return to the activities that are most meaningful to them through collaborative, evidence-based care.
