Yohan is a kinesiology graduate of McMaster University and a Registered Massage Therapist from the Ontario College of Health and Technology. Offering a well-rounded approach to treatment and recovery, he is also certified as a personal trainer as well as in electro-acupuncture, IASTM, and cupping. He comes with experience treating TMJ dysfunction, musculoskeletal conditions, and sports injuries, but also provides relaxation and general Swedish massage to support overall well-being. As an avid soccer, tennis, and golf player, he understands the physical demands of these sports and the injuries that often come with them. His goal as a therapist is to help clients not just recover, but come back stronger.
