I am a multi-dimensional Creative Director, and I have been running a wellness company since September of 2020. My interests span from DJ work to women's retreats to coaching to bodywork. I am grateful for all of my educational opportunities and here are listed my formal graduations. I hold a Masters of Science in Mind-Body Medicine and a certificate in Integrative Wellness Coaching (Saybrook University), as well as, being a Licensed Massage Therapist (Adrian School of Massage). I maintain professional liability insurance for my licensed bodywork practice. I have a dual Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Sociology (University of MI). Finally, I went to an intentional DJ school for 11 months. I bring dynamic and liberatory perspectives to my work, which allow for breakthroughs for many.
