Meghan Crewson has always been the type of person who wants to help those she meets. It has come natural for her to work hands on with patients and listen to their needs. However, it has been a journey for her to land in being so grounded in what she does. Meghan started out completing a Bachelor in Kinesiology before moving froward into the Osteopathy program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. While in school for Osteopathy, Meghan layered on schooling to obtain her Registered Massage Therapy Diploma. Finally, Meghan completed her research thesis to fully graduate with her DOMP and D.Sc.O in Osteopathy as of November 2020. Through many years of schooling Meghan has become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner that she is proud, however there is plenty of room for learning and improving ahead! What Meghan has come to love about her career is that she gets to witness and help patients grow and learn through vulnerability. Helping teach patients to be aware of their body is one of the most rewarding aspects for Meghan. Meghan’s practice uses cranial-sacral therapy, gentle fascial techniques, joint mobilization, and visceral manipulation. Meghan is always ready to listen and make suggestions of selfcare that patients can do at home. Meghan’s selfcare consists of water, meditation, yoga, soccer, nature hikes and enjoying food with friends and family.
