Hi, my name is Lila, Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Healing Rivers Massage. I have worked in the medical field for over a decade and have been a nurse since 2016, most recently working in Natural Medicine. One thing I have consistently learned is if you don't take care of yourself, it is hard to take care of others. That is why self care is so important to me. Massage is a great way for us to take care of ourselves, whether we just need an excuse to relax or we are actively trying to heal our bodies. I am currently NMT certified. Prior to your massage we will discuss your goals and concerns to see what your body needs during the session. If you are unsure which duration to choose, a 90 minute session is generally recommended for a full body session.
