About Me I tend to work pretty quietly, with soothing music on, so the space feels relaxed and easy. If something needs attention, we can follow itbut there's no pressure to figure everything out upfront. Outside of sessions, I'm drawn to healing movement, expressive dance, and the way the body organizes itself over time. A lot of that comes through in how I worksteady, attentive, and responsive rather than forced. My Background I've been practicing bodywork since 2005, with training rooted in both clinical massage and movement-based traditions. My early education in San Diego included foundational massage training at Body & Mind College, followed by specialized training at the International Professional School of Bodywork, where I focused on Asian Healing Arts and Thai Massage. This training emphasized not just technique, but how the body moves, adapts, and organizes itselfdrawing from principles found in Tai Chi and Qigong.
For when your mind feels busy and it's starting to show up in your body, this deeply calming session helps your body settle and feel more at ease.
