Acupuncture
The first acupuncture appointment will take up to 60 minutes and consists of a detailed health assessment with the Registered Acupuncturist. During this time, you will discuss your medical history, symptoms, health concerns, or any underlying conditions you may be experiencing. This portion usually takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Once the initial assessment is complete, the Registered Acupuncturist will develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your needs and provide therapeutic solutions to help you achieve your health goals. During the treatment, the acupuncturist will insert thin, sterile needles at specific points on the body to relieve discomfort, restore balance, and promote overall well-being. The needles will generally remain in place for at least 30 minutes, depending on your treatment plan.
