With special interest in pre and postnatal care, Pallas is passionate about supporting individuals through pregnancy and the postpartum period, tailoring treatments to the unique changes and challenges that arise during these times. She also has a strong interest in the complexities of facial massage, including intraoral techniques for TMJ dysfunction, helping clients find relief from jaw tension, headaches, and related discomforts. Initial Registered Massage Therapy Assessment (60 Minutes)

Your first appointment includes a comprehensive health history intake and discussion of your goals, followed by an assessment to guide treatment planning. The session will combine assessment and hands-on treatment, with time reserved at the end for home care or recommendations as appropriate. This visit is required for all new patients to ensure safe, effective, and individualized care.
