Dr. Vic aims to treat the whole person rather than treating each symptom or concern individually. Her aim is to optimize health through diet, lifestyle, herbs, and acupuncture. She also uses bloodwork and physical exams to help guide her therapeutic choices. Dr. Vic is interested in supporting patients with all general health concerns and has particular interest in working on women’s health and fertility. Prior to attending the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Victoria Completed her BSc. and MSc. at the University of Guelph with a focus on anatomy, health and nutrition. During her time at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, she had the opportunity to be an intern on the fertility focus shift. This provided her with more extensive experience in supporting patients with their fertility concerns, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS, PMDD, and other hormonal concerns.

Naturopathic Pain management includes an assessment of the injury or painful area as well as a patient history (medications/diagnoses/allergies). Your ND will then create a pain management protocol for you that may include any of the following: Heat therapy Percussive techniques IASTM Cupping Acupuncture Massage Trigger point release Dry Needling etc... A thorough explanation will be given before treatment and if any treatment seems uncomfortable please let your ND know as they can adjust according to comfort levels.
