Educated in Ontario, Jess made Nanaimo home three years ago. Her approach combines therapeutic techniques with a focus on relaxation – addressing areas of concern while creating a calm and comfortable treatment experience. She delivers personalized care and adapts her techniques to individual needs and goals. Jess chose Massage Therapy to deepen her understanding of and connection to the human body while challenging herself both personally and professionally. She brings meaningful knowledge and empathy to treatment, with the goal of supporting mobility, functionality, and well-being. Outside the clinic, she enjoys exploring and immersing herself in all that Vancouver Island has to offer.
