Dr. Kaitlyn Owens, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, with additional prescribing authority for therapies such as bioidentical hormones and injectable treatments. She provides comprehensive, evidence-informed care to support women through every stage of life — from post-pill symptoms, irregular cycles, and PMS to perimenopause, weight fluctuations, and fatigue. Her clinical focus includes hormonal health, metabolic dysfunction, and performance optimization. Dr. Kaitlyn helps patients uncover the “why” behind their symptoms using a personalized approach that blends natural therapies, nutrition, acupuncture, and lifestyle medicine. Dr. Kaitlyn earned an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Guelph, focusing on nutritional sciences, and conducted research at the Human Nutraceuticals Research Unit. She later completed her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she excelled during her clinical internship. Her commitment to clinical excellence earned her a place on the Sports Medicine and Chronic Pain focus shift, where she gained valuable experience in pain management and athletic care.
