Hi, I’m Dr. Kate. I’m a naturopathic family physician devoted to caring for babies, children, and families through holistic, relationship-centered medicine. I provide primary care for infants, children, and teens, supporting healthy growth and development from the very beginning. For adults, I offer collaborative and supportive care alongside your primary care provider, helping you navigate chronic concerns and reconnect with your body’s natural resilience. Families often come to me for support with sleep, digestion, picky eating, autoimmune conditions, and overall wellness. I also offer vaccine consultations in a respectful, non-judgmental space and help families create sustainable, individualized nutrition plans.
Your first appointment is a comprehensive, 60 minute evaluation with our naturopathic family physician. Together, you'll explore your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and overall well-being. This in-depth appointment lays the foundation for a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, holistic supports (like nutrition, mindfulness, and movement), and collaborative care with your wellness team. We take time to understand you—not just your symptoms.
