Massage Therapy
Classic European massage with gentle, flowing strokes for relaxation. Using long, gliding strokes combined with kneading and circular movements, this classic massage style promotes total body relaxation. Perfect for first-time clients, it helps reduce stress, improve flexibility, and enhance mental clarity while easing muscle tension.
Osteopathy
Your initial osteopathy assessment is a comprehensive consultation designed to understand your unique health concerns, medical history, and physical condition. During the session, the osteopath will take time to discuss your symptoms, lifestyle, and any past injuries or illnesses. A thorough physical examination will follow, which may include observing posture, joint mobility, and muscle function. Based on this assessment, the osteopath will create a personalized treatment plan that may involve manual techniques such as stretching, gentle manipulation, and soft tissue work to help restore balance and promote healing. The goal of the initial assessment is to identify the root cause of your discomfort and begin a pathway toward improved movement and overall health.
Lymphatic Drainage
Advanced compression suit for effective lymphatic drainage. Professional-grade compression suit designed to stimulate lymph flow and reduce swelling. Features precise pressure zones for enhanced circulation and faster recovery. Ideal for post-surgery care and wellness maintenance.
