Dr. Sandra grew up in Richmond Hill, Ontario where she played competitive basketball throughout her school years. Her involvement in sport led her to discover the benefit of manual therapy on performance, injury management and overall wellness. Upon her completion of a degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Ottawa, Dr. Sandra obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She was awarded the Douglas V. Hoskins & Samuel F. Sommacal Award for excellence in clinical proficiency in her graduating year at CMCC. She is also certified in functional integrated acupuncture and instrument assisted soft tissue therapy. Throughout her studies, she remained involved in community initiatives and dedicated to her passion for physical activity. Dr. Sandra is committed to helping patients achieve their full potential and emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach to care. She utilizes a combination of diversified technique, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture and exercise to help patients optimize their function.
