Anna is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 14 years of experience helping people move and feel better in their bodies. Her approach is layered and intentional, working from superficial tissues to deeper structures to create lasting change. She focuses on the primary area of concern while also assessing and treating compensatory patterns that may be contributing to the issue. Her treatments incorporate myofascial techniques with sustained pressure, alongside targeted methods such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue work, joint mobilizations, pin and stretch, and craniosacral techniques—tailored to each patient’s needs and comfort. With a background in kinesiology and clinical Pilates, Anna integrates thoughtful homecare and movement strategies to support long-term results beyond the treatment room. Anna has experience treating a wide range of patients across all ages and activity levels. She has a particular interest in post-surgical recovery and scar tissue management, as well as supporting high-level athletes with performance and injury prevention. Outside the clinic, Anna stays active with weightlifting, volleyball, and long walks in the forest—often alongside her three young boys.
