Hi there! My name is Chatara , LMT and proud graduate of Carlson College of Massage Therapy . It was here that I began my journey into healing, and was able to expand my wisdom in bringing harmony to the mind, body, and spirit! Owning my own practice, I am able to combine what I've learned along the way, to create a unique healing experience, tailored to each of my clients. Some of my specialities include: neuromuscular therapy, assisted stretching, lymphatic drainage and cosmetic surgery recovery, scar tissue therapy, energy work, and soul coaching. Massage Therapy
Swedish based body massage that uses firm, but gentle pressure, to enhance relaxation and reduce physical pain. This massage uses a combination of techniques to promote healing, increase blood and lymph flow, break up adhesions, reduce stress, and increase mental clarity. Face and scalp included upon request.
Reflexology
This 90- minute treatment begins with a warm herbal foot mask and reflexology to awaken your body's natural cleansing system. Followed with full body manual lymphatic drainage massage, complimented with a navel castor oil pack, and finished with a warm oil scalp massage. You'll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and refreshed.
