Resilience Physiotherapy

200-738 Spadina Ave, Toronto, ON, M5S 2J8

Hi there! I’m Dr. Brian Wright, your dedicated Chiropractor at Resilience Physiotherapy. I’ve always been fascinated by the way the body moves, adapts, and heals, especially when the nervous system and musculoskeletal system work together in harmony. I have now been practising as a chiropractor since 2018, after graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College here in Toronto. I approach every patient as a unique story, not just a symptom. Whether you’re struggling with persistent back pain, nagging neck discomfort, headaches, or postural challenges, I take the time to understand not just what hurts, but why it’s happening. We’ll work together to uncover the root of your issue and build a plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. I love helping people: • Get out of pain and move more freely • Improve posture and spinal health • Understand how their body is functioning and what they can do about it • Return to the activities they care about with confidence My approach blends hands-on chiropractic care, acupuncture, movement education, and individualized rehab strategies, all with clear communication and genuine partnership. You’ll always be an active participant in your recovery, with tools and knowledge to keep you progressing outside our sessions. When I’m not in clinic, you can find me hosting board game nights with friends, exploring Toronto’s food scene, or swimming laps at the local pool, because I believe living well is a lifelong adventure. Let’s work together to help you feel better in your body, and get back to what you love doing most!
