Hailey is a graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She enjoyed the outdoors and playing all sports growing up like Volleyball and Basketball. These experiences shaped her belief in the value of rehabilitation, preventative care, and a well-rounded team of healthcare professionals/therapist is essential. Hailey uses a combination of techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point release, joint mobilization, myofascial release, dynamic release, Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization as well as exercise and movement.
