I love watching my clients heal, through the work we do together. I believe that massage is more than just soothing aching muscles or improving joint function. It is about getting in touch with your own body, and learning to listen to the subtle cues that our bodies use to communicate with us. Massage is about releasing the stress that holds us back in our day to day lives. I love helping clients on their journey to wellness. I trained in many techniques at Irene's Myomassology. I am well versed in traditional Swedish massage, Thai, Shiatsu, Orthopedic and Sports and Prenatal and labor massage.
