Meet Nico Nico is a Licensed Physiotherapist with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy and over six years of clinical experience . He has developed a strong specialized focus in the assessment and treatment of hip, knee, and shoulder conditions, with extensive experience supporting individuals living with osteoarthritis. Nicolai is passionate about helping people move better, stay active, and feel confident in their bodies at every stage of life. prior to his current role, Nicolai worked as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist within a specialized hip and knee surgical assessment program, collaborating closely with orthopedic surgeons. In this role, he assessed complex joint conditions, reviewed diagnostic imaging, and guided patients through evidence-based care pathways — including conservative management, injection referrals, and surgical readiness planning. Beyond sports and joint-related injuries, Nico offers specialized expertise in the treatment of vertigo (including BPPV) and concussion care. As a certified Level 2 practitioner with Shift Concussion and additionally certified through Complete Concussion Management, he delivers comprehensive, evidence-based care designed to support a safe, confident return to sport, work, and daily life.. Nico takes a comprehensive, patient-centered approach—starting with an in-depth assessment to uncover the root cause of symptoms, followed by tailored education and individualized exercise programming designed around each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and functional demands, complemented by manual therapy for pain relief . Having personally experienced multiple knee, hip, shoulder, and back injuries, Nicolai understands firsthand the physical and psychological challenges of recovery. This perspective shapes his empathetic, practical approach and strengthens his commitment to helping patients return to the activities they value most.
